What I will do: I will create two menus with a main and desert. I will make chicken filo,chocolate pot with cream, chicken bacon and hash brown Bugers and a carrot cake with cream cheese icing. 

When will I do it: 8 & 29 of June 

How did I go: I think I did well and everyone liked the food. 

Giving

What am I going to do: I am going to bake a carrot cake with cream cheese icing for sister Ann-Marie.

How will I do it? : I will find a carrot cake and cream cheese icing recipe and bake the cake in a small tin ice it and then give it to sister Ann-Marie.

When will I do it: 7-8th of June. 

How did I go? : I think I did well. But when I got over there sister Ann-Marie was on holiday so I gave it to the sister that was staying at her house.
